An elegant and stylish room at a boutique base with an unbeatable location in the heart of Manhattan

When it first opened on Madison Avenue three decades ago, Morgans coined the concept of the boutique hotel. The focus of this stylish game-changer was, and continues to be, distinctive character and personal service. Revamped in 2008 by the original designer, Andrée Putman, this trend-setting hotel is still dripping in the elegant and sleek details that keep guests coming back year after year and may very well make you want to join them.

Dating back to 1927, the building of this TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence winner boasts intimate public spaces that are offset by chic and comfortable guest rooms. At night, Reserve, the oak-paneled lounge, provides a modern take on the classic New York cocktail experience, specializing in scotch, whiskey and bourbon. The best feature of all, though, might just be the hotel's central Midtown location, a short stroll from Bryant Park, Grand Central Terminal, the Empire State Building, Fifth Avenue and Times Square – each, of course, with its own bold and distinctive style.

Good to know

Please note that a resort fee of $27.50 (plus tax) per room, per night is payable directly to the hotel.
